Very alert consciousness or self awareness is ever desirable to keep one self on the true path of ethical and moral behaviour. Meditation in the form of introspection activates and boosts our awareness and keeps it alert.

We meditate by reciting verses from spiritual scriptures and listen to teaching of Swami Vivekanand on every Thursday. Everybody present in the hospital premises is expected to attend the meeting which takes place in the waiting hall of OPD complex.

All participants sit down in front of Statue of Swamiji in comfortable posture with closed eyes. At the start, the statue of Swamiji is garlanded by flowers. The leader of the meeting gives small speech on teaching of Swamiji. He then recites some important verses from Upnishadha and Dnyaneshwari. The participants follow him by singing the same verses.
