Department of Oro-rhino-laryngology is an important clinical department of Vivekanand Hospital.
Our department renders diagnostic and therapeutic services to the patients of all age groups, for diseases related to ear, nose, throat and head-neck.
Diagnostic ENT - OPD services include :
Daily OPD procedures like nasal endoscopy, ear micrscopy and direct laryngoscopy.
Audiology diagnostic services include :
Audiometry and BERA.
Therpeutic ENT - OPD procedures include :
Wax removal, foreign body removal, FNAC and small biopsies.
Hearing aid trial and fitting for hearing aids is another important service.
Different surgical procedure for infective and neoplastic disease in ENT and Head-neck are mainly performed in ENT OT.
ENT services are also provided in ICU for doing tracheotomy, diagnostic nasal Endoscopy and direct laryngoscopy and FNAC.
